What can I say, while editing I came across this newborn photo which I overlooked during one of my sneak peeks. I thought it was cute enough to warrant it’s own listing so I’m including it in this post. I LOVE the slight smile on her face and how content she looked as well as her umbilical cord still being attached which shows how new she really is. Just makes me sigh!! This is also a good time to reinforce to all the pregnant mommies out there that the best time to photograph a newborn is within the first 7 days of life. Not only are they sleepy, but they allow you to move them and put them into different positions without waking up. Plus the longer your wait, baby acne can arrive and their skin can start flaking. You can not take back this moment and it goes by so quickly. So if you’re interested in scheduling a newborn session, contact me as soon as you get home. I will come to your house while you rest. It’s actually like having a babysitter for 2-3 hours ; )
